Yoga Therapy Follow Up Package

Service Description

Once an initial assessment has been done, the best way to implement change is through regular sessions to continue to deepen the work. This package is for five follow up appointments to implement my therapeutic wisdom into an easy to do at home practice that you will feel confident and safe doing on your own at the end of our time together. You will have everything you need to know and how to do it at home to keep yourself in balance and wellness. Details: Sessions meet every other week on a designated day and time. Sessions are up to 60 minutes, depending on what we need to cover that day. Cancellation will result in loss of appointment and fee. It is important to hold the regular commitment for best results.
